At KEYMOTION, every product is custom-crafted to your specific requirements. Because your name and phone number are permanently integrated into the design, these items are unique to you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Due to the personalized nature of our gear, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors. * Please double-check your spelling and phone number before placing your order.
• Once an order has entered our production line (usually 2 hours after purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If we made a mistake, we will fix it. We will offer a free replacement if:
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• There is a printing error that differs from the text you provided at checkout.
• You received the wrong item entirely.
To claim a replacement:
1. You must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the defect within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Email the footage to support@keymotion.in or WhatsApp us at 7709073748.
3. Once verified, we will ship a fresh replacement to you at no extra cost.
If your package is lost in transit by our courier partner, we will ship a replacement after a standard investigation period. However, we are not responsible for non-delivery if the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
