Welcome to KEYMOTION. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and legal disclaimers. Please read them carefully.

1. LEGAL DISCLAIMER & TRADEMARKS

• Independent Brand: KEYMOTION is an independent brand specializing in personalized automotive accessories. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any vehicle manufacturer (e.g., KTM, BMW, Royal Enfield, etc.).

• Descriptive Use: Any mention of brand names or vehicle models is strictly for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility.

• Ownership: All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners. KEYMOTION does not claim any ownership over these marks.

• Personalization Rights: By providing text for customization, the customer represents that they have the right to use such text for their personal enthusiast use.

2. CUSTOMIZATION & ACCURACY

• Final Sale: Because our products are permanently customized with your specific Name, Number, or Model, all sales are final.

• User Error: We print exactly what you type in the input box. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect phone numbers provided by the customer.

• Correction Window: If you notice an error, you must contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond this window, the item moves to production and cannot be changed.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Production Time: Every KEYMOTION tag is custom-made. Please allow 2-3 business days for crafting before dispatch.

• Delivery: We offer Pan-India shipping. While we aim for delivery within 3-7 days, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or incorrect address details.

4. PRODUCT APPEARANCE & SAFETY

• Color Variance: Actual product colors (specifically our Racing Red and Matte Black) may vary slightly due to screen brightness or photographic lighting.

• Safety Warning: Our products are aftermarket accessories. The user is responsible for ensuring the keychain does not interfere with the vehicle’s ignition, steering, or safe operation. KEYMOTION is not liable for accidents resulting from improper use.

5. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

• No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not accept returns unless the product is physically damaged upon arrival or we have made a printing error that differs from your order.

• Proof of Damage: To claim a replacement, an unboxing video must be sent to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The KEYMOTION logo, website design, and original brand assets are the property of KEYMOTION.IN. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra,India.
